The Gravy

 Cant say much about it really, it would have been dribbled around the plate in a restaurant and would have been called a Jus, we called it gravy and lashed it all over Neck of Lamb with Irish cabbage and creamy mash, with jam roly poly and custard to follow, marvelous.
